By using modern measuring instruments and our own examination laboratories, we are able to guarantee the quality of our products and their compliance with pharma primary packaging regulations.
As a supplier of plastic pharma packaging to the pharma and medical sectors, we go through our customers’ audits several times a year.
Our QC tests are performed both during the production process as well as on the finished products. Our records of these tests are kept forever on our computer system
so that we can trace back the QC parameters of every batch produced, even if it was years ago.
Our quality control and quality assurance systems follow the guidelines of the pharmaceutical industry’s Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and our caps and closures are evaluated according to the defect evaluation list for injection molded plastic parts: Closures, liners, dosing aids (droppers etc.) published by ECV Editio Cantor, Germany.
